Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business improvements across various teams and organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create Innovative Solutions: Develop data-driven solutions to address complex challenges within the organisation.
  2. Drive Operational Improvements: Conduct thorough analysis of business operations and implement improvements across multiple teams and organisations.
  3. Enhance Operational Performance: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational performance on every programme.
  4. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Project Management: Manage large-scale programmes or projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  6. Language Skills: Possess advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced or master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Certifications: Possess Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or other project management certifications.
  3. Operational Experience: Have experience in conceptualising and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements.
