Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

The Louisiana SPCA is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and appearance of our facilities. This role involves ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition, supplies are organized and safe, and the grounds and buildings are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive plan for maintaining and improving our facilities to support operational goals.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements to ensure consistent delivery of standards across all locations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled individuals to support facilities management operations.
  • Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or janitorial services.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment physical and substance screening.

Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
