About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide exceptional coaching and operational leadership to support our rowing programme. As a Development Coach, Facility, Fleet and Race Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our facilities, including the boat house, grounds, and gym facilities. You will also oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our boats, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring they are in top condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective coaching plans to deliver a rowing programme that meets the club's goals and objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including the boat house, grounds, and gym facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our boats, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring they are in top condition at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facilities.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and optimal performance outcomes.
