About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensing Sales Professional to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your own licensing sales executive portfolio, carrying out daily tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company objectives.

Job Description
  • Contact unlicensed businesses via email and telephone to promote our licensing solutions.
  • Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored licensing solutions.
  • Conduct fact-finding calls to gain a deep understanding of various industries and their licensing requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work with a Customer Success Team to establish inside sales opportunities and collaborate with them to develop effective strategies to drive sales growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2B experience within a professional sales environment.
  • Preferably telesales or office-based sales experience.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving sales targets.
  • An outgoing personality with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

As a successful candidate, you will have the ability to make video calls via Teams, Zoom, or other video meeting platforms, and you must have IT-approved applications installed on your device.
