Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performance and excellence.
- Utilise Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices.
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
- Proven leadership and management skills, emphasising policy improvement and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
