Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Safety Specialist to join our team at dnata Catering UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met across the organization.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to lead our compliance efforts. The Compliance Safety Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking performance, and collaborating with managers to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify HACCP and food safety documentation against company standards
  • Track performance and submit reports
  • Assist in quality control of finished products
  • Conduct internal audits and food checks
  • Maintain training records and update training matrix

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office. A Food Safety Level 3 qualification and experience in a similar role are desirable.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: United Kingdom (flexible working arrangements available).
