About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FM Compliance Specialist to join our team at Kennedys. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our global health and safety strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety management system (HSMS) that aligns with ISO 45001 standards. This will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with regional teams to implement HSMS framework and ensure effective communication
  • Chairing the Health and Safety Committee and coordinating training and induction processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in health and safety management, preferably within a professional services company
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
