Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety management system (HSMS) that aligns with ISO 45001 standards. This will involve:
- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with regional teams to implement HSMS framework and ensure effective communication
- Chairing the Health and Safety Committee and coordinating training and induction processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in health and safety management, preferably within a professional services company
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
