We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join Niyaa People Ltd in South Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day work and minor project work to minimize disruption, conducting site visits to assess and report on building conditions, developing and implementing repair and maintenance plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective project delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing excellent customer service.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time role with 26 days annual leave + bank holidays and the option to work from home with one day in the office per week.

  • Manage day-to-day work or minor project work to minimize disruption
  • Conduct site visits to assess and report on building conditions
  • Develop and implement repair and maintenance plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective project delivery
