About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Gurler Mae Recruitment. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the full procurement process, from processing orders to receiving goods in the warehouse and packaging them for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies in the warehouse and engineering van stock
Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost-saving initiatives
Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy, complying with health and safety regulations
Generate and analyze procurement reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
