In this role, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. As a Decent Homes Scheme Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing the commercial aspects of decent homes schemes with a main contractor with values of £1m+

This role involves:

  • Managing procurement, valuation, contractual, and commercial issues.
  • Formulating strategies for control of the projects and enhancement of final margins.
  • Liaising with clients on all matters relating to contracts and procurement and valuation of work.

Our estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
