An outstanding new career opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead an exceptional nursing home based in the Hertfordshire area.
This is a nursing home with a warm family atmosphere, where highly trained staff provide individualized care to residents, offering the highest standards of residential, nursing, and dementia care on a permanent and short stay basis.
To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in managing a large nursing home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and maintaining a high level of service.
As the Home Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the Home's daily operation, including ensuring compliance with company Policy and registration with the CQC.
- Maintaining and/or improving the CQC rating for the Home, which is a testament to our commitment to excellence in care.
- Leading the Management Team, comprising the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager, to drive the Home's success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional care, and a proven track record in managing a nursing home.
