Home Manager Leader

The Jupiter Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead a nursing home in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the home's operation, maintaining and improving the CQC rating, and leading the Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large nursing home, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding care for residents. A salary of £70,000 per annum is on offer for this permanent full-time role.
