About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of our decent homes projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies to control project costs and enhance final margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage main contract and subcontract accounts through to final account
  • Ensure proper procedures are in place for preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
  • Liaise with clients on all matters relating to contracts and procurement

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing commercial aspects of decent homes schemes with a main contractor
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with staff, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
