Job Title: Hotel Sales Associate

About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless administrative duties to drive business objectives. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Sales Activity Coordination: Assist with coordinating and executing sales activities and events.
  • Client Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel services, amenities, and ongoing promotions to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Inquiries: Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses to foster strong business relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis of sales data to help track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Filing System: Maintain an organised filing system for all sales records and client contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Training and Development: Participate in sales meetings and training programs to continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.
