Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data governance framework that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the value of data governance and ensure its effective implementation
  • Establish metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the development of data management policies, procedures, and standards
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data quality, information management, and data privacy and protection
  • Act as a key interface with Data Protection, Cyber Security, Technology, and Brands teams to ensure effective data governance practices
  • Define and roll out the data governance framework, including policies, guidelines, processes, and roles and responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • A passionate and experienced data governance professional with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data governance challenges
  • Experience working with data governance tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Atlan
