We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Data Governance Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions Group. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in implementing and managing data governance processes across multiple countries.
Job Description:
The SAP MDG Data Governance Lead will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of data governance and data maintenance processes for implementing countries/entities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems, identify potential data quality issues, and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance strategies and policies to ensure consistency and quality of master data across all countries/entities.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop processes to manage data cleansing, data migration, and data validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure SAP MDG solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide input and support for testing/training materials and scenarios for MDG Data Objects.
- Support the development of process documentation and training programs for end-users.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expertise on data governance and data management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data governance and data management with a focus on SAP MDG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with legacy systems and integrating data across multiple systems.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
