  • Salary: £23,000 - £24,500 per annum (approximately £440-£460 per week)
  • Hours: 8:30 - 3:45

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wisbech. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their school environment, helping them to achieve calm and regulated moods to access their learning and development.
  • Assist students with self-regulation activities and techniques.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.

Requirements:

  • A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • An up-to-date understanding of safeguarding procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
