About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality support to students with special educational needs. This may include assisting with lessons, providing one-to-one support, and helping with administrative tasks.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible and willing to take on new challenges.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Grade 2, Scale 4-6 salary: £24,100 - £29,660 per annum (pro rata)
  • 37 hours per week, term-time only + 5 training days
