Job Title: Sales Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at AES. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  2. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application and use of thermoplastic polymers and elastomers
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering (or similar) or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant experience
  2. Experience in Injection Moulding / Plastics Processing / Polymer or Rubber advantageous
  3. Knowledge of technical software and tools to deliver support with part design/performance and processing
