• Collaborative Project Involvement: Actively participate in R&D, localisation, and business initiatives, contributing to the development of ABB's technological advancements.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address technical challenges with creative solutions, such as material redesign or substitution.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on engineering and product development. You should have experience with metals and plastics in manufacturing processes, familiarity with Powder Metallurgy and Additive Manufacturing, and skills in selecting and evaluating potential suppliers for quality and reliability.
A background in designing tooling, preferably for powder metallurgy, is desirable. You should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to collaborative projects.
