Educational Assistant for Students with Special Needs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Aylesbury. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of SEN students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to the needs of each student, ensuring they receive targeted support and guidance.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a comprehensive support plan, addressing the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed to maximize their academic and social achievements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of SEN legislation and guidelines, as well as experience with adaptive technology and assistive devices.
- A salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
