Job Description:
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to students with various special educational needs.
You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and supporting students with SEN
- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals to promote student progress
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in SEN or a willingness to develop your expertise
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and differentiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient when working with students
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
