Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join our Special Needs Primary School in Aylesbury. As a Special Needs Education Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN. You will also support the development of personalised learning plans for children with SEND and adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students in your class. About the Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in leading a classroom, ideally with students who have SEN.
  2. Experience working with students who have SEND in a primary school setting.
  3. Strong understanding of Special Needs and how to adapt teaching strategies to support students effectively.
  4. A commitment to professional development in the field of SEN education.
  5. QTS is not compulsory for this role, but proven experience in classroom management and teaching is essential.
