We are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship Delivery Expert to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to learners in Early Years Childcare, ensuring they receive the best possible support to achieve their goals.
About the Role:- This is a full-time, permanent position involving delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2.
- You will work closely with learners to identify their strengths and areas for development, and provide tailored support to help them succeed.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to overcome barriers to learning and improve learner engagement.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Apprenticeship Standards and Functional Skills.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Hold a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.
- Ideal: Hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
- Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff is highly desirable.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexible travel arrangements.
