Care Team Supervisor

As a Care Team Leader at CV-Library, you will play a key role in empowering service users to develop and live fulfilling lives.
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our Supported Living team in Stoke, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring the needs of service users are met, and managing the service in the absence of the Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 12 months' experience in a caring environment, a Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification, and excellent communication skills.
The Care Team Leader will work closely with staff to understand the individuals they support and take pride in providing high-quality care.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package including training opportunities, career progression, and employee recognition schemes.
