Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, focusing on independence, dignity, and self-worth.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support. We offer a competitive salary of £12.15 per hour plus paid mileage, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Job Responsibilities
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Maintaining client's home environment, including cleaning and laundry
- Assisting with mobility, including transfers and walks
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times. You will also require a responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.
