Care Support Coordinator

As a Field Care Supervisor with City and County Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes. With a strong focus on independence, dignity, and self-worth, you will make a real difference in the lives of local people living in Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times. You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.15 per hour plus paid mileage, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Job Description
Our Field Care Supervisors are responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance to clients in their own homes. This includes collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and helping clients maintain their independence.
