Purchase Ledger Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our team in the vicinity of Arundel. This position has arisen due to sickness and is offered on an ongoing, temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Validating and processing supplier invoices for timely payment.
- Reviewing Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconciling supplier statements with purchase ledger to prevent discrepancies.
- Resolving any issues related to invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Setting up new supplier accounts while maintaining excellent relationships.
To be suitable for this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in a previous Purchase Ledger Clerk position.
- Excellent communication skills for building internal and external working relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software.
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, along with flexible part-time or full-time hours to suit your needs. Immediate start is possible for the right candidate.
