Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Independent Reviewing Officer

Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join a well-established Children's service in Islington. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Consult with children about their care plans and ensure their views, wishes, and feelings are taken into account.
  • Develop and review care plans, ensuring they are based on a thorough assessment and meet the child's needs.
  • Chair Looked After Children review meetings and ensure the child's guardian is kept informed.
  • Quality assure care plans and pathway plans to ensure they meet the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant frontline experience in Children's Services.
