HCRG Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered to children, providing constructive challenge where needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Chair statutory reviews for children looked after by Islington Council
* Ensure correct decisions and recommendations are made when planning for children
* Contribute to improved standards and outcomes for children and their families by providing advice and consultation on all matters relating to children on the cusp of becoming looked after as well as those already looked after
* Contribute to continuous service improvement by quality assuring the service provided
