We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Development Manager to join our team at SafetyCulture. Our mission is to empower front line workers to drive operational excellence and take ownership of their safety and wellbeing.

About the Role

This role involves managing the enablement journey for partners, covering sales, product, commercial, implementation, and process enablement. You will own and manage the partner portal, conduct demonstrations of our solution, support partner activation, and collaborate with our GTM team to identify opportunities for partners to help existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, robust project management skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. They will also be able to excel at building relationships and influencing C-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the enablement journey for partners
  • Own and manage the partner portal
  • Conduct demonstrations of our solution
  • Support partner activation
  • Collaborate with our GTM team
