At eComplete, a leading eCommerce Growth Agency and Private Equity Group, we're seeking an experienced E-commerce Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our trading team, you'll work closely with the eCommerce Director to drive campaign execution and commercial activities across our brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing channels, including SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM, and Social. You'll design and develop marketing strategies to attract target users, support campaign development, and drive on-site and email messaging. Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics are essential skills for this role.

We're looking for someone with strong commercial awareness and numbers-driven experience in an e-commerce business or agency. Previous experience handling online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email, etc.) is highly desirable.

This is a multifaceted opportunity to work with a motivated international team and contribute to delivering eCommerce growth on a Global scale.
