We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Conference and Events Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Work in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel, including the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and afternoon tea.
- Keep up to date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
- Work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
