Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to residents at our elderly and dementia nursing home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals in delivering person-centered care to residents
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the efficient running of the facility
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification (Desirable but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of elderly and dementia care best practices
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
