We are seeking a Care Home Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN) with a solid history of delivering exceptional care, robust business insight, and marketing expertise. You will lead our committed team with the independence to strive for an Outstanding CQC rating.
As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, achieving financial objectives, and maintaining full occupancy. It is essential that you are CQC-registered and knowledgeable about applicable regulations. You will receive support from Operations and Central teams, along with a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, to ensure seamless operations and outstanding resident care.
The Care Facility:
Registered for up to 53 residents, the facility offers the following types of care:

  • Residential Care
  • Dementia Care
  • Respite Care
  • End-of-Life Care
  • Convalescent Care


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Care Home Manager.
  • NMC PIN - (Nurse / RGN / RMN)
  • The capability to engage with residents to understand their needs for delivering excellent care services.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards.
  • The ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and the staff team.
  • Capability to encourage ownership of care programs by actively involving residents and their families in the development, agreement, and evaluation of care programs within the facility.
