Administrative Professional for Estate Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and diplomatic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, Estate team, and associated businesses on the outskirts of a scenic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chief Executive's diary and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and electronic filing.
- Organise Board meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and distribute documents.
- Draft and type letters, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Support HR functions, including updating records, issuing employment documents, and organising appraisals.
- Oversee annual Health & Safety reviews and documentation.
- Administer estate shoot activities, including contracts, risk assessments, and event preparation.
- Maintain archival records and storage organisation.
- Perform general office duties, including handling phone queries and greeting visitors.
