We’re seeking a highly organised, professional, and diplomatic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, Estate team, and associated businesses on the outskirts of Scarborough.

This varied, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy, collaborative environment and can maintain strict confidentiality.

Some of the Business Administrator duties will include:

Managing the Chief Executive’s diary and providing scheduling support.
Handling general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and electronic filing.
Organising Board meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing documents.
Drafting and typing letters, emails, reports, and presentations.
Organising internal and external meetings.
Coordinating farm tenant meetings and related documentation.
Supporting HR functions, including updating records, issuing employment documents, and organising appraisals.
Overseeing annual Health & Safety reviews and documentation.
Administering estate shoot activities, including contracts, risk assessments, and event preparation.
Maintaining archival records and storage organisation.
General office duties, including handling phone queries, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and managing meeting rooms.To be successful in this role you must:

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Have exceptional typing skills with a strong attention to detail
Have excellent IT and Technology skillsThis will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary between £25,000-£28,000 depending on your experience
