The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Group Administrator with excellent communication skills to join our expanding team. Based across 2 sites one in Welton, Brough and the other on Hull Marina. This is a pivotal role whereby you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our two businesses by taking charge of several key responsibilities:

* Administration & Reporting: Handle weekly KPI reporting, manage our company’s database systems, and provide administrative support to the directors and teams as needed.

* Recruitment Administration: Assist the recruitment process by formatting CVs, managing documents on our CRM system, and ensuring job postings are current across job boards and our website.

* Compliance: Ensure all worker documentation meets requirements, and keep our internal systems organised and up to date.

* Office & Facilities Management: Keep the office running efficiently by managing supplies, welcoming visitors, and handling external suppliers.

* Marketing Coordination: Work with external partners to manage social media content, grow our online presence, and maintain our websites.

Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite

* Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy

* Has strong communication skills and ability to effectively multi task

* Has previous experience in office administrative roles

* Is naturally curious and eager to help solve problems for both internal and external stakeholders

* Ideally, has experience using CRM systems (although this is not essential)

* Will enjoy working as part of a small close-knit team

Depending upon the candidate part time min 32 hours will also be considered as we want the right
