**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To train in all aspects of Office Administration
- Assist with invoicing, purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Assist with payroll duties to send to payroll bureau (as the role progresses)
- To understand the importance of ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- To acquire through training the ability to competently take charge of tasks.
- Gather information, capture data, understand and update company systems
- Compile reports to help drive efficiencies in the business
- Maintain files and HR records
- Provide admin support to production/warehouse distribution / planning department
- Process new orders on the system
