**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/ Content Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Ordering and Distribution:** Assist with ordering and distributing marketing materials, clothing, promotional items, and corporate gifts. This includes picking and packing items for delivery, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring stock levels.
  • **Marketing Events and Exhibitions:** Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions, including collating products, marketing materials, and promotional items, and organizing delivery/collection.
  • **Promotions and Incentives:** Assist with promotions and incentives for customers and end-users, liaising with external agencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including proofreading, obtaining quotations, negotiating costs, and working within set budgets and timescales.
  • **Project Management:** Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Previous experience in administration and a background in marketing or a related field.
  • **Skills:** Intermediate level PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • **Travel:** A full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the UK.
