Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Greene King. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of our digital customer engagement platform, with a focus on delivering compelling customer journeys and driving significant uplift from hyper-targeted campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing a team of developers, as well as working closely with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate and relevant reporting. They will also have a strong understanding of marketing tools such as ESPs and CDPs, preferably Braze, and experience with 3rd party integrations and data delivery flows.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum is available for this role, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Braze experience preferable (or experience of a similar role with a comparable platform)
  • Ability to multitask and manage the delivery of high-volume campaigns at a fast pace interfacing between CRM team, data, design and developers
  • Experience of managing and developing a team of developers
  • Proven experience in delivering a high volume of high-quality marketing automations that deliver significant benefit
