This role offers the opportunity to work with children and young people up to the age of 18, conducting assessments, and delivering interventions in community settings. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans for young people.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions and therapies in community settings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with MDTs.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a relevant qualification from a recognized professional body.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people in community settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:
