Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist Role

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to deliver strategic procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute contracts with key supply chain partners to ensure best value and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key supply chain partners through regular review sessions and information exchange, driving consistent approaches across the business and improving quality and service levels.
  • Police the frameworks at strategic level to ensure adherence and tackle slippage appropriately with supply chain and business units.
  • Work with business unit teams to maximize and recover identified direct and third-party rebate opportunities.

Supply Chain Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Sub-Contractor Database and align it with third-party data sources.
  • Collate and analyze data from various sources, aligning it with the PMO dashboard to identify improvement opportunities and share information with the wider business.
  • Contribute to and develop performance measurement culture and processes, ensuring the process and understanding of why it's required is embedded within the business.

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain roles in the Construction sector, with additional sector experience also a preference.
  • Construction and/or Business-related Qualifications, including NVQ, BSc, BA, MSc.
  • MCIPS.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately, utilizing information to identify risks and opportunities.
