About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, supporting them on a large telecommunications Contract.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects, working alongside the project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contractual control and cost management of projects.
- Manage commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to final account agreement.
- Negotiate with sub-contractor supply chain to achieve best value.
- Prepare applications for payment to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
- Proactive and driven approach to work and promoting success.
- Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives.
- Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
