About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the commercial new build sector.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000.
