Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement site plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the commercial new build sector.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
