About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial new build construction.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to think ahead and manage risk.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000.
