Job Summary:

Building Careers UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment of affordable and social rented properties for Housing Associations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health and safety of all site personnel and manage sub-contractors effectively.
  • Deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with our Construction Specialist to identify and address any project-related issues.

As a Night Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:
