Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one floor of a large project, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management of construction on your floor, including sub-contractors.
  • Oversee the running of your floor with regards to health & safety, program, and quality.
  • Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Commercial approach to manage project effectively, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Previous Site Management experience, preferably in commercial fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong construction knowledge and experience with site management software.
  • Teamwork and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Site Management qualification and relevant certifications (e.g., Asbestos Awareness, First Aid).
