**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bode IT Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance and maintaining the smooth operation of our school's IT infrastructure across multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* 1st & 2nd Line Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently, resolving problems quickly and effectively.
* Windows & AzureAD Management: Administer and support the school's Windows AD Network & Servers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* AV Setup: Configure and support AV equipment, including projectors and interactive displays, to deliver engaging presentations and enhance the learning experience.
* Inventory Control: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories, tracking assets and updating records as needed.
* MIS Support: Provide technical support for educational MIS systems like SIMS, Arbor, and Scholarpack, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.
* System Deployment: Assist with building and deploying system images and installing software for staff, streamlining processes and improving productivity.

**About You:**
* Eligible to work in the UK, with a valid passport or other required documentation.
* Local to Kent, Surrey & South London, with easy access to our school sites.
* At least one year of experience in IT support within an educational environment (schools or similar settings).
* Full UK driving license and car, required for travel between school sites.
* Proficient in Windows AD and AzureAD management, with knowledge of MDM systems, iPads, and Google Workspace.
* Experience supporting MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack, with a solid understanding of data management and analysis.
